When we allowed to drive? There's some conditions to drive a car.
1. There is a car to drive (surely lol)
2. You can drive a car. If you can't learn it..lol.
3. You are not drunk. If you drunk, you won't be focus in driving, you get dizzy. Your vision is blur, sometimes you have halusination. It will be very dangerous for you and the others on street.
4. You have driving lisence.
5. You are not sick. If you sick, your body and mind can not do anything like usual. You're gonna lack of concentration, reflex, etc.
