Starbucks coffee is most famous coffee shop in the world. Starbucks barista always ask customer name when the customer order a cup of starbucks coffee, it's for labelling the cup with customer name. But the barista often miss spell customer name in the cup.
Something worst is happenned in Florida USA, A man found on his mocha coffee cup label with the words " Diabetes here I come" instead of customer's name. The customer think this not funny at all, and he's right, diabetic is not for joke.
The customer told Florida's Action News that the note in a grande white mocha cup label from St. Augustine-are Starbucks was especially painful because his two sister have Type 1 diabetes.
"That first word just automatically brought the picture of both sisters in my head, and I was taken aback," the man said. "just the struggles they went trhrough and all the doctor appointments they had."

Both the store manager and Starbucks corporate headquarters were notified of the incident, Action News reported, and both would investigate.

When he ordered the drink he didn't order the drink in person, but he did personally return the coffee, with a note. " 2 of my sisters are diabetic, so...not funny." he wrote on the cup, telling Action News he isn't seeking apology, but just an assurance that the incident won't happen again in the future.

For the biggest and the most famous coffee shop in the world, Starbucks should have guideline rule for this case for all starbucks coffee in the world. We don't have to get diabetes to understand and have empathy for people with diabetes.
